The Good Frank has a pretty bold vision. We want to create locally focused, food entrepreneurs in our nation's inner cities.
We want to inspire people to become producers of their own food and by extension, producers of solutions to personal and communal problems.
After decades of failure by both government and charitable organizations, we believe that it is time for people to learn to provide for themselves and their communities.
We are committed to seeing that happen by offering food education, personal development courses and a unique, hands-on entrepreneurial program that provides students with an opportunity to learn to manage a hot dog cart, gain exposure to the "world of business", network with local industry leaders all while earning money.
Students learn business principles by learning to manage a hot dog cart. They also gain exposure to industry leaders, and earn from successful operation.
WE HAVE THE KITCHEN. WE HAVE THE PRODUCTS. WE ARE RAISING MONEY TO BUILD THE CART & THE FIRST YEAR'S OPERATING EXPENSES.
WE BELIEVE THAT OUR EDUCATIONAL SAUSAGE CONCEPT CAN MAKE AN INCREDIBLE IMPACT IN OUR NATION'S INNER-CITIES.
