Did you know that we make our own spice and seasoning blends. Many sausage manufacturers use pre-blended spices - kind of like the ones you get at the grocery store.
Unfortunately, when spice blends are prepacked, the spices tend to clump and require "anti-caking" agents or chemicals. You will never find these chemicals in our products because we blend our seasonings in-house.
